Ginger White Iced Quencher

Ingredients:

  • 500ml (2 cups) of freshly brewed Organic Ginger White Tea
  • 70ml lemon and barley cordial
  • 2 tablespoons of lime cordial (or use 1T fresh lime juice)

Method:

  1. Stir well
  2. Pour into a glass bottle or pitcher. Add a sprig of fresh mint.
  3. Chill (preferably overnight) and serve over ice with a slice of lemon.

Option:

  • For a gluten-free alternative, omit the barley and use lemon cordial instead of lemon and barley cordial. We personally love Soda Press Co's Old Fashioned Lemonade.
  • Addmore's Elderflower cordial would be a nice alternative.
  • Top with soda or sparkling water.

Keep refrigerated for 2-3 days.
